Dumplings with green lentils and potatoes

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • 300 g cooked BIO green lentils
  • 200 g cooked potatoes
  • 100 g boletes
  • 100 g celery
  • 100 g onion
  • 1 clove of garlic

Spices: salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme to taste

Dough according to your own recipe.

 

Method:

Dice onion, celery, mushrooms and fry with spices and garlic. Combine with potatoes and lentils. Season to taste. Then form dumplings and cook in boiling water for 3 minutes from the moment they float to the surface.
