Amarantus also called amaranth, comes from South America and belongs to the group of so-called superfoods, i.e. plants with valuable health-promoting values. It is also a valuable addition to many dishes, which contains a lot of magnesium and provides some B vitamins that support the work of the nervous system. Soligrano BIO expanded amaranth is a gluten-free product and is ideal for people with gluten intolerance.
