Is an extremely valuable source of numerous ingredients responsible for improving human health, among others easily digestible protein, valuable carbohydrates, fiber as well as vitamins and minerals. Beta-glucans contained in oats lower blood cholesterol. Oats also help in cleansing the body of toxins and inhibits the excessive absorption of fat from food.
* One serving contains 1.5g beta-glucans. Beta glucans help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects occur when 3g of beta-glucans derived from oats are consumed daily.
