Emmer is an ancient species of wheat, which was one of the first cereals to be domesticated in the Middle East, but also feels very comfortable in the Polish climate. Emmer contains large amounts of protein and minerals, such as phosphorus, magnesium and calcium.
BIO Emmer from Soligrano is a crunchy seeds from certified organic farms. Their freshness and crunchiness is due to the action of hot steam and high pressure, to which they have been subjected – without the use of chemicals.
