Poppy-seed cake on the bottom of expanded quinoa
Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add honey and expanded quinoa – mix until the ingredients combine. Place the finished mass on the bottom of the cake tin lined with baking paper. Combine the poppy mask with egg whites, mix and place on expanded quinoa. Place the prepared dough for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 170 ° C. After cooling, cut the dough into portions, decorate with melted chocolate and almond flakes and candied orange peel.
