Try enriching your soups with it!

A method of preparing:

Rinse lentils in a small amount of water, then pour into boiling water in the ratio 1:1.5 (1.5 cup of water to a cup of lentils). Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a pinch of salt, stir, turn off the burner and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
