BIO spelt bread mix from Soligrano, yeast and water are basically all you need to delight your household with the aroma and taste of homemade bread.

Ingredients: wholemeal spelt flour* (51%), wheat flour type 500* (34%), flaxseed* (5%), sunflower* (5%), spelt sourdough* (3%), salt.

Preparation:
