Yeast, water and BIO wheat-rye bread mix from Soligrano – this is all you need to enjoy homemade bread without preservatives.

Ingredients: wheat flour type 500* (59%), rye flour type 720* (30%), linseed* (3%), sunflower* (3%), rye sourdough* (3%), salt.

 Preparation:
