Apples in millet dough


  • 150 g BIO wholemeal millet flour from Soligrano
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.4 l vegetable milk
  • 2 apples
  • pinch of salt
  • oil for frying
  • caster sugar for sprinkling


Knead the dough from the flour, eggs, milk and sugar with a kitchen whisk and set aside for 15 minutes. Peel the apples, core and cut into slices. Dip the apple slices in the batter and fry them in hot oil. Sprinkle the fried apples with icing sugar.
