It is popular in the kitchen not only because of its health benefits but also because of the short time of preparation and the wide range of its applications, alike in world cuisines and during a weight loss diet.
Rinse lentils under running water, then add to boiling in ratio of 1: 2 (1 glass of lentils per 2 glasses of water). Simmer for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a pinch of salt stir thoroughly. Remove from the heat and leave for 10 minutes covered.
A 500 g container contains 10 portions of 50 g.
