Chili sin carne

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Yellow Lunch BIO
  • 2 tins of red beans – 2 x 400 g
  • 2 tins of sliced tomatoes – 2 x 400 g
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • fresh coriander
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, ginger and coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of hot, sweet and smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper
  • brown sugar
  • oil for frying
  • natural yogurt

Method:

Dice onion, add all spices and fry. Add rest of ingredients, pour 250 ml of water, simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh coriander and yoghurt.
